Found a bug, stuck on something, or have an idea? Email abdellaalioncan@gmail.com. It helps to include your device, the app version and, for a run, its replay code from the end screen.

Restoring purchases

Open Settings and tap Restore under Supporter. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Purchases restore on any device signed in to that account.

Refunds

Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled there: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your Google Play order history for Android.

Your save

Your runs, Loom Book and settings are stored on your device. There is no account, so deleting the app deletes your save.

Play data

Sharing anonymous play data is off unless you turn it on in Settings → Play data. Turning it off deletes everything sent from that device. Details are in the privacy policy.
